POLICY
This Privacy Policy explains how IRL Rush collects, uses, and shares information when you use the IRL Rush mobile application and website.
Camera and body movement
IRL Rush uses your iPhone camera and Apple Vision body-pose processing to turn your movements into game controls. Camera frames and body coordinates are processed on your device. IRL Rush does not record, store, or upload camera video or body coordinates.
Information we collect
- Account information provided through Sign in with Apple, including the stable account identifier Apple provides.
- Your chosen username, friend relationships, invitations, leaderboard scores, and related social activity.
- Gameplay and product analytics, such as app launches, completed runs, scores, feature usage, device type, app version, and broad technical diagnostics.
- Subscription status and purchase events. Apple processes payment information. RevenueCat helps us validate purchases and manage subscription access.
- Messages you send to our support address.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, leaderboards, friends and invitations, provide subscription access, improve gameplay and reliability, understand product usage, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
We use Apple for authentication and payments, Supabase for account and social data, RevenueCat for subscription management, PostHog for product analytics, and Vercel for this website. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Public usernames and leaderboard scores are visible to other players. Friend activity is visible according to the social features you use. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while your account is active and as needed for the purposes described above. You may request account and data deletion by emailing support@irlrush.com. We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.
Children
IRL Rush is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can delete it.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Your choices
You can decline camera access, although gameplay requires it. You can use Apple privacy controls, restore purchases, manage your App Store subscription, and contact us about access or deletion requests. Rights may vary by location.
