OF USE
These Terms of Use govern your use of IRL Rush. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement where applicable.
Safety first
IRL Rush involves physical movement. Clear a generous play area, use a stable phone stand, wear suitable footwear, use a dry non-slip surface, and stay aware of people, pets, furniture, and other hazards. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort. Children should play only with appropriate adult supervision.
Not medical advice
IRL Rush is entertainment and general fitness activity, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional care. Consult an appropriate health professional before starting if you have a health condition, injury, are pregnant, or have concerns about physical activity.
Accounts and conduct
You are responsible for activity under your account. Choose an appropriate username and do not impersonate others, harass users, manipulate scores, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service unlawfully. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or endanger the service or users.
Subscriptions
IRL Rush may offer monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Apple handles billing, refunds, and payment information. Restoring purchases is available in the app.
Free access and changes
The app may include a limited number of free runs. We may change features, limits, prices, or availability, subject to applicable law and store requirements. We do not promise that any feature will remain available forever.
Intellectual property
IRL Rush, its branding, software, art, audio, and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for non-commercial purposes.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect pose detection, score accuracy, or fitness results. You accept the inherent risks of physical movement. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and changes
You may stop using IRL Rush at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary. We may update these terms and will post the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
